Join us for our first training of the year with our Program Director - Jennifer Jacobs.

This free training will take place right after the Kickoff breakfast. This training is open to all students whether or not they attend the breakfast. The workshop will focus on the fundamentals of political activism, how and what that looks like, the best way to achieve your goals and finally how that process can bring success on a campus or in a city hall. We will also inform students on how our program will operate this year and discuss what the event schedule will be for the semester. Jennifer Jacobs will return this year again to lead this workshop. Lunch will also be provided for participating students.

What to expect in the Workshop:

• News about upcoming elections, What to look for in the 2024 elections and how to be involved.

• How to find groups and like-minded friends in College even before you get there.

• Guest Speaker Zach Condry from Digital Corporate Communications will be giving a presentation on how to be a responsible and active conservative on social media.

• Guest Speaker Michael Schwartz, CEO of the San Diego County Gun Owners, will be talking about the politics of the 2nd Amendment.

• Guest Speaker Joshua Youngkin from the Federalist Society will have a lecture on Election Integrity, are elections in America fair and how can students protect this sacred right?
